Might I suggest that you post this on your original thread so that everyone can easily follow your progress from start to finish. By starting a second thread you will be leaving some people who are following your first thread wondering whatever became of your Maxwell House factory, and those just picking up on the topic via this thread will be wondering where phase one is.
