I completely enjoyed the magazine from cover to cover. The only thing I wish they would do an article on at one point is, PRINTING your own decals at home, for those of us who do a freelanced railroad.
If they made that an aricle in an issue, that would be awesome. That 2 votes for the article. (Maybe if we get enough ‘votes’ they will consider it).[:D]

It needs to cover white decals. Evaluating the products on the market that claim to do white would be very useful.

You need to read that first link, I posted, towards the bottom of the page, it talks about ways for making your own White Decals.

Printing ‘White’ with a home printer has been discussed many times. Back in the late 90’s there was an under $500 printer that did a very good job(Alps). It had many issues, and was pulled from the market. Kodak and several other sell printers that are capable of printing white decals, but the cost is quite high as these are really commercial quality machines. They many times are found in advertising companies where they are used to make sample items for a one time photo shoot or client.
There are several firms in the Internet that will print your artwork for a reasonable price. Check out the ‘Great Decals’ web site - they have a listing of these companies…
