BUT, Dr. Maya Angelou is NOT Mayor! Very well-known author and poet, with strong SF Bay Area connections, but never (I believe) actually held elected office.

SF Mini hired many women during WW II. Maya Angelou amongst them. They had several women drivers 2 of whom retired in the late 1970’s and early 1980’s. I do not remember Dr Angelou being mayor of San Francisco though. Thx IGN
