MBTA to close end of Rockland branch

Bridge replacement going on near Gloucester has problems come up that requires complete shutdown of end of branch. Evidently some problems of original abutments that will now cause a complete replacement of bridge.

MBTA continues to use Covid-19 lack of passengers t do accelerated repairs of various projects, Latest is two week shud down of near end of red line.

Good move by them for using this inconvenience to do some maintenance since there is a lack of passengers due to covid 19.
