This is unfair…What happens when your stock in your 401k or pension is tanking and you need to sell asap. How many train engineers also have stocks that they need to buy or sell asap and there broker is giving them a margin call? Do you stop the train? Actauly what happens when the engineer has the craps because of bad coffee at the Comfort Inn?
Sorry, this is a dead issue, dealt with quite a while ago, with nothing to be added or altered. If, however, the driver is employed as a driver here or anywhere else, and it is proven or known, then yes…if you know, come out and say so with facts and confirmation. If just to fill a forum site, then, no use.
