McHenry #53 Couplers

Can anyone help me find a pair of McHenry #53 couplers?

I’ve tried Walthers and e-bay with no success.

Walthers won’t have them, as McHenry’s is now owned by Horizon Hobby.

Horizon shows them as “Temporarily out of production”.
