can anyone tell me what size of decal letters to use to letter MDC passenger car kits? i know the lettering is always at the top near the roof. just need to know what size of decal lettering to use.

This was done just now in 8 point type, but can be re-sized either on the computer or on the printer.
LION would print it on heavy weight paper using a laser printer, apply silicone caulk to the back of it and apply it to the rail car. Many railroads used to apply names via a metal or wooden name board. Or you could print it on decal paper.
