ME City Viaduct Question

I’m planning to put an elevated trolley on my layout and am thinking of using the ME City Viaduct. I have a few questions about the ME kit:

Has anyone here built one using this kit?
Is it any good?
Is it easy to build?
Can you turn the rail on this kit? My layout requires one.
Does anyone know if ME has a website? I’ve looked to no avail.

Sorry for so many questions but I need to answer them all before I decide to buy this.

BONUS QUESTION: Can anyone recommend a realistic looking trolley? Most of the Brill Trolleys I see have goofy looking shadow characters through the windows. I am thinking of getting a Bachmann cable car because it’s open and I can put actual figures into it.

I’m looking at the Bowser PCC cars. These come unpainted, but they are good quality, and as you can see from the pictures on their web site, they can look very nice when done up right. http://www.bowser-trains.com/hotr_pcc.php

Regarding the viaduct, I am presently building several sections of ME’s kit in HO to simulate the Park Avenue viaduct run to GCT in NYC. Not an easy kit, not a fast exercise, but quality. I had to call ME (they don’t have a web site) to get answers to questions on which their instructions are hazy, e.g. not at all clear. I’ve also had help from another modeler who already had experience with the kit.
