Umm - there is no reason for why CN Charlie only has to reply to a simple question like that. You can send email or you can send a PM (Personal message).
At least two ways - when reading a post by someone, there is a “contact” button in the upper right hand corner of the post. Click. Read.
Or click on the poster’s name to go to his/her profile. Click on email or personal message.
Emails to you arrive in your normal email (if you registered your email in your profile - under “my profile”, right side of screen). You see that you have received PM by seeing a number after “Inbox” under “My Profile” right side of screen.
To send email or PM, you need to be logged in. If you don’t see the options, log out and log in again.
