Yesterday i was at the Downers Grove station. We saw the metra train comming. Then we saw the Villige or in our case child. It was the loco for Oliver “Ollie” Tibbles. The child who wanted to “be a train”. If you heard of the story you know what i mean. Unfortunaly my camera ran out of batteries, so i dont have any pics. Im just posting because its a heart warming story! Heres a pic from railpictures! Its not mine though.

THAT IS SO COOL!! I like that Metra recognises railfans and that they would put a name on a locomotive as a memorial.

Just goes to show, a company (or in this case a publicly funded agency) like Metra, can indeed have a big heart at times.
