I’m bemused that one of the “related topics” (under the headline) is “light rail.” Did this railroad connect, perhaps, connect o San Diego’s light rail system at its San Ysidro border station

I hope San Diego doesn’t annex and electrify this ‘subway’. We already have too many wind generators in Montana that supply electricity (at exorbitant rates) to San Diego Electric & Gas exclusively. Our surviving birds and bats will thank them.

There you go, if we can secure the border between New York City and New Jersey, and encourage drug couriers to supply the city, we might be able to get them to build the Gateway Project on the cheap.

Maybe a tunnel from Havana to Miami is next.

See what can be done with purpose driven work, and no need to focus on regulations and hearings and studies before you build!

Send them to Manhattan, the 2nd Avenue Subway will be done by the year’s end.

Eric said it best! Away with the red tape and get something done!

Get these guys up to New York to dig another tunnel under the Hudson. They could probably do it in a few weeks…Lol!

Most of the tunnels have had some type of railed cart system. It is needed for dirt removal. Audio devices are used on both sides to detect construction.

Instead of a railroad IN your back yard you could have one UNDER your back yard.

The tunnelers couldn’t work in NY-NJ without union cards. Fuggetaboudit.
