Most likely some rain induced track issue that caused the de-railment?

Stolen track parts - spikes & tie plates are believed to be the cause.
Balt, that is what I have been reading since this morning.
Though it could be just a cover up for lack of maintenance to save money for the managements bonuses.
Some -graphic pictures. Appeaars train stringlined on a gentle curve ?
There has also been reporting that the area had been deluged by rain in recent days - the ‘wavy gravy’ nature of the track in the pictures would lead to the supposition of a weakend roadbed had a hand in the derailment.
