Anyone had any experience with this company? I emailed a couple of questions, but thus far have not received any response. This seems to be happening more and more lately. Do these retailers not have a sufficient staff or is email not their preferred method of operation? Even though they advertise in the website as a way to make contact and in some cases suggest email before other means of communication.
I have several large boxes of their benchwork stored away, awaiting the day when I have some space to make it the supporting foundation for an On30 layout. Reports I’ve seen from others give their components high marks.

I know a great many folks use Mianne products and I have always heard positive things about them. I used Siever’s benchwork and have been totally happy, great product, quick shipping and you actually get to talk to a live person who can answer questions. I think Sievers might be a little heavier duty which is good because I spent a good many hours sitting on my benchwork detailing, I wouldn’t say mine is overbuilt just heavy duty [:)]
