Okay, ya’ll may might remember micro machines. there was a whole lot of them suckers that came out back in the early 90’s and peaked in 1997. The new ones today look like crap(and those that say newer is better,HA!).[(-D] Anyway, my question is, Would micro machines be closer to z-scale size or n-scale size? Thanks, Stephen
Most larger than N scale
The trucks generally closer to N scale than the autos but still too large.
Some of thr military stuff appeared to be close to N
I’ve seen construction equipment used successfully. Different sizes prototypes are very close in appearance.
The Trucks & construction equipment are better than the cars. Trucks can be back-dated by taking off air dams to make square cabs. Frustrating is the need to buy a whole collection in order to get one unit.
You could park the cars next to the bad old plastic ones that Bachmann & Model Power used to make. You may find other cheap imitations at Kabee & other toy stores. They all need a good coat of dirt & grime to make them look better.Nobody will confuse them with a Normal scale mfr.
