Micro-Trains N scale gondola
A very well designed car. The only minor negative I can find is that the trucks could be mounted towards the end of the car further to be more portotype. For some reason this is a common with many companies.
N drop-bottom gondola is a geat looking addition from Mirco Trains … however why only release it in one road name and color? An orange AMTRAK version or a Gray MOW would be nice and most likely generate sales. It price is reasonable.
I note the this car doesn’t come with the low-profile flange wheels. Is this going to be a trend for Micro-Trains? Are those of us who use code 55 track now going to have to spend more to use Micro-Trains cars? Why doesn’t Micro-Trains either continue their current policy of packaging both large and small flange wheels or at least offer the option of purchasing cars packaged with either large or small flange wheels?
