Mike Reagan, the owner of Train America Studios is now apparently
head of parts and service at Lionel. Great move Lionel, Mike is top notch and has the energy and enthusiasm of two ordinary guys. He also obviously has tremendous technical savvy and knows trains inside out. This is a real coup for Lionel.

The info is correct. We are indeed very fortunate to have Mike at Lionel LLC. Mike and I have enjoyed a great relationship over the years, and now get to work even closer together than before at the same company ![Smile|15x15](http://ogaugerr.infopop.cc/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif)

Mike’s position is Director of Consumer Services, and he also is applying his talent to the design side of the equation. Mike will tell ya working the design side of the business is just passion, but I surmise he just wants the service department operating like the Maytag repairman commercials; no problems to fix! Either way, the result is simply AWESOME for Lionel and for the products we deliver and service!

This is great news! TAS and ElectricRR have had stellar reputations for their products. Innovative design and bullet proof operation have been trademarks of both companies. I am hopeful that those traits will bleed into the blue and orange fabric of Lionel. I can’t wait to see how this impacts product development over the next couple of years.
