Anyone know if this popular loco is available ready-to-run? A quick Walthers search turns up nothing.

I can’t believe every manufacturer would overlook this one. Since, presently, the 261 runs with the Hiawatha cars that Walthers just released, it would be quite popular I would think.

Oddly, the 261 is (was?) available in O scale not too long ago. But how can there not be an HO version?

The Milw Rd S-3 class was made in brass awhile back. I haven’t seen any lately but you may find one used somewhere.
