Not surprising, considering the horrible conditions up there right now. It’s raining again, and no one’s sure that some of the overtaxed dams will hold this time.
Seems like a minor inconvenience relative to the devastation that the locals are dealing with. Kudos to both the 261 team and CP for rescheduling the trips instead of outright cancelling them.
