Yet another sorry chapter in a sad tale.

Should have been gone a long time ago! Too bad they’ll end up as scrap, anyway… Sad way to end a great career. They should have been sold and moved to somewhere that cares about them instead of this horrible end.

Not real bright to have these uunits sitting in front of the depot for over 4 years. Also doesn’t make any sense to store the other cars somewhere that no longer has any rail access. Makes it tough for a new buyer to incur the trucking costs to get them back on the rail.

“Stuff” happens when the loonie, Yuppie “Rails-to-Trails” yo-yos get their finger in the pie. Beware!
