The BNSF line North of West Quincy is under water from Lagrange Mo. to Canton Mo. They are expecting to be shut down at Hannibal sometime Monday. Ns will probably get shut down later in the week and the BJRY in Quincy will probably get shut down later in the week also.
The IC&E in Davenport, IA is expected to have the “Davenport Subway”, a trench under the approach to the Government Bridge, closed for a few days as well.
