Sounds like a nice setup. Maybe they will gain some much needed publicity from that.

Anyone know if this train will be commercially available? Amtrak fans might want one of their own around the tree next Christmas.

1:22.5 scale is nominally LGB; the Genesis diesels & Amfleet cars are “off-the-shelf” LGB products & should be available from most of the usual G gauge dealers.

1:22.5 scale is the nominal scale for LGB; the train is almost certainly LGB’s Amtrak “Genesis” diesels ( a VERY-nice running loco) & Amfleet cars; they should still be available at most of the larger G-gauge dealers.
