Does any one have experience with Model Power’s 29" Flex track? Is it ok to use with Atlas switches. Only thing our LHS sells.
What scale are you asking about? Model Power HO flex track is 36" long. Assuming that you’re talking about N scale, I have no experience with it, but our HO scale club’s layout has a mix of Atlas and MP flex track. The main difference between the two brands is that the MP track is stiffer and harder to bend into shape than Atlas. I think the MP track has more realistically sized and spaced crossties than Atlas, and like it for that reason. Once the two are down and ballasted, it’s really hard to tell the difference between the two without looking closely at the crossties.
