Molasses Hill & Western Model Railroad Club tp hold 37th annual pre holiday Open House on Sunday Dec 10 from 1-4pm.
The model railroad is located in the basement of the dental offices of Dr. Pat Delgrande at 9326 State Route 22, Hillsdale, NY and features 800 feet of mainline train with numerous rail yards and sidings in HO gauge.
Model trains will travel through fictitious towns west of Molasses Hill which inculde towns of Molasses Hill, Hillsdale, Craryville, Copake Falls and Chatham.
The club is located 500 feet noth of the intersection of State Routes 23 & 22 in Hillsdale, NY.
Grandfunk, is Hillsdale near Chatham? I’m in northern westchester county and was trying to figure how long a drive it would be to Hillsdale from Yorktown.
Umm…can you give us some better clues? my Rand-McNally atlas does not have a “Hillsdale” listed for NY. I found a Rt22 and Rt21 outside Hornell? Wellsville. The link you included was nice, but I got a response of “page not found” to it.[:(]

Hillsdale, NY is situated at the junction of Rts. 22 and 23, almost on the NY/MA border some 20 miles due east of Catskill, NY, a dozen miles east of the Taconic Parkway, or about 35 miles SE of Albany. If Hillsdale doesn’t show on your Rand-McNally, either you are looking in the wrong spot or you need a new map cause it’s certainly on all of mine. [;)]
