LOL people are filling in the stupid question poll HAHA. I personnaly like Diesels. I do like seeing a steam on an exursion or something. It makes things interesting. I like Diesel 70% and Steam 30%.

I have moden diesels on my layout, but I’ll always have a steamer. Right now I have 13 diesels and 5 steamers.

I’m an N Scaler and my favorite loco is my Concor Hudson. [#ditto]

I personally go through spells where I’ll run nothing but steam for a couple of months, then get burned out and run diesel for a while, but if I had to pick just one I’d have to go with steam.

I like Diesels but my son loved Steam engines.

My electrics. This poll is prejucdiced against electrics. I cannot vote honestly in it.

I have both on my circa 1950’s layout. Most all have sound and I will run steam until I am tired of the chuffing and then change to running and gunning the diesels. I do love watching the mechanical action of the steamers.

I do both steam and diesel. I want a GG-1, but I keep spending my $$$$$ on other stuff.

I currently have more diesel than steam, but that’s mostly because diesels can be had for so much less.
