Model Railroader 2011 Layout Progress Tour
Hey, thanks for that. Very inspiring. I was surprised to see so many “works in progress”!
nice photos, i would like to go to a layout progress once.
Thanks for the look at all the great layouts. Will be moving my layout this summer from Alabama to South Dakota. Should be interesting. You should do a feature on layout moves sometime.
Any video?
Always good to see the masters layouts !
came out of this with some good ideas, thanks
always nice to see progress on staff’s layouts and to confirm that they are indeed “practicing what they are preaching.”
Guys, great layout tour, along with great food, and rail fanning all in one day, what more could a man want or need.
Great Progress Tours as always. When are we going to see the video version posted?
One of my favorite features. Video coming?
I have been looking forward to seeing this for a while. Nice to see progress being made on the layouts in-spite of all the things that life continually throws our way.
Where is David Popp’s New Haven Layout???
Great progress report on the layouts! But where is Cody’s?
This is a beautiful layout. I really like benchwork construction. Is there a layout design available?
Thank you
Chuck Phillips
Thanks to Chuck Sable, I was able to be part of this tour.
Since I wasn’t able to make these layouts during the NMRA
National last summer, I really appreciate getting to go along.
Saw some great layouts and had fantastic eating with the
staff of MR. Nice to see what these editors can do and how
well they do it.
A fantastic tour of all the Model Railroads ! Although due to space I now model HO , my heart is with early Lionel . Neils Layout brings back very fond memories and I would like to see more of it in a future tour. Great job on all ! Jim
Thank YOU!!!
Noticed in two pictures Andy is operating NCE throttle with big antenna sticking up. Their is a fix on the internet to remove the external antenna and have internal ground plain antenna. Part is $2.00 and you can do this yourself. NCE no longer sells throttles with external antennas they are now all internal. The end has come to broken antennas with NCE.
ANY VIDEO THIS YEAR AS GREAT SEE WHAT GO WITH STAFF LAYOUT ON YEAR?
