Model Rectifier Corp. Tech 6 6.0 DC sound controller
Hello Sir
I want to thank you for taking a lot of guess work out of my planning with the date you provided on the MRC6 Unit. I want to start in N Scale but was stuck at DC or DCC in my plans. Now I can try the best of both worlds with one Unit.
Very Good Info
Help; My layout is DC, 2 cabs. 1 cab is main line only , cab 2 is branch line not connected to main directly. Can I run a decoder engine on 1 and with a walk around run cab 2 at the same time? Thanks, Ed

Staff: Please disregard my previous “help” request because I didn’t give correct info. My layout is DC and in two cabs. They are isolated by spdt switch. One is mainline and #2 is branch-industry. Can the Tech6.6 allow me to run a Dcc decoder loco on the main and at the same time a dc loco on cab #2? with or without a remote walk around control? I hope I got it right this time! thanks, Ed

I have a new Tech 6 and have found it really was what I was looking for except the operating instructions are not to detailed. Programing the acceleration and momentum is easy but no instructions as to the maximum number or whats the difference between setting 5 and setting 15. Only by accident did I learn that CV 29-3 changed the polarity of two engines running on the same tech 6 address. How do you give an address to engines that are equipped with Tsunami sound units and still have a new MTH unit that I have not been able even to test on the tech 6. Any suggestions where more operating instructions can be found
