A relative just phoned to tell me about a large model train display he was looking at in the basement of the Lucky Nugget Casino in Deadwood, S.D. Has anyone seen this layout, and if so… how large and what scale is it, who built it?

I haven’t seen that one,
but here in Brisbane Oz, the Treasury casino had an LGB train running around the top of the walls in a room called the Money Train room. It was a back and forth with about 4 automated stops. I’m not a gambler so I haven’t been back for a few years so I don’t know if it’s still running.

The Wild West Casino at Bally’s in Atlantic City NJ had a large scale train running over the seating area for the one food service area on the casino floor. Dunno if it’s still there, been a few years since I’ve been there last.

The Ramada Express in Laughlin, NV. had a train store that I never got a chance to visit. They closed up a few years back. They ran LGB around the ceiling but dealt in many scales as I’ve been told.
