This is impressive modeling. Thanks for sharing. I just wonder why you call it “real sounds”? From the title of your post I was expecting miniature diesel prime movers.

As a slow speed model train operator who enjoys sound, this is a well done effort. The train wheel squeal is what makes it very realistic, IMO.
Tell us, is this done soley with models that have onboard sound or also with a room based sound system?
I was under the assumption that it was video of model trains with the sound dubbed in.
