Cody, I want your job. Does the Model Railroader have any kind of tours at your facility? I would love to come there and meet the staff in person and run your trains.
Merry Cristmas to you ,The Staff, and your Familys.

Carl,

I can hardly wait to dig into the January issue. I saw Salt Lake Route at the Milwaukee Trainfest and it looked AWESOME… Big time railroading featuring great scenery and operation.

Good stuff as always. Always look forward to watching the show each week. Happy Thanksgiving to everyone at Kalmbach Publishing!

Moo-ving? Ouch…

Great to see Nscale finally getting noticed. very interesting weathering tutorial.

Cody, What happened to the bobble head football player in the background? Great episode. I have been weathering cars & trucks for many years now and one of the things I use is a small cup w/lid that when I clean a brush I dip it in the cup with the “dirty” H2O and swish it around before cleaning it with soap & water. I use the “dirty” water as a weathering wash on my cars. It often takes 2 or 3 coats to give it that weathered look but it takes the shine off the car and depending on how many coats I get varied looking cars. Thanks for the show it has given me many great tips and ideas. Happy Thanksgiving to you and the staff of Model Railroader and to all of the modelers that make this hobby great.

Excellent episode as usual. Thank you for the tour of the N scale project layout. I am eagerly looking forward to the series. Though I live a couple hours away, I have never been able to visit the Meadow Valley Wash, but I immediately recognized it thanks to the superb modeling of Dick Christianson and that beautiful bridge that is a signature scene of the wash. I have included a link to a page that shows photos of the 2005 flood aftermath. Can’t wait to read the series!

Love the show… Happy Thanksgiving to everyone at MR!!! God Bless and keep up the awesome work!
Question: Is it possible to turn down or filter the lighting when showing detailed parts on freatured models? Sometimes it’s hard to see what you are pointing out. Thanks!

Happy Thanksgiving to you all.
I enjoy the videos. I actually look forward to them. David, looks like your New Haven RR. has grown some since last years article about expanding in 4-weeks.
