Modeler's Spotlight Video -- Inside Cody's Office for February 2015

I too would benefit from a lube seminar for my many HO steam locomotives

Your review of the GP7 Santa Fe unit (in Jan 15 ) is great and I picked up there CF7 units there are great but need some detail parts added to them like MMU cables and some others too so check them out.

I got the new book on grain handling equipment for my 42nd anniversary present and really enjoyed it as I live in Sioux City, IA. We see so much grain running through here by train. My comment is I wish you had shown a couple of drawings of small facilities to show us basis layouts of floor plans.

Hello Cody,

maybe you could help me. I want to power the frog of my #4 Atlas turnout. I’ve heard, that it is nearly impossible to solder a wire to the frog. How could I solve these problem?

Hey Cody, Nice show. I cut ties about the same way, but I use a new #11 X-Acto knife for safety. I seen someone use a Dremel with a grinding stone to cut a grove to allow the track connectors seat lower so it won’t lift the track up.

Cody, I have forever assumed that the MR&T layout is located within the Kalbach building in Waukesha. Is my assumption correct?
