hello everyone im bill some people call me BellyBean dont ask. lol umm i was wondering is anyone modeling georgia? if so can i have some pics id like too see how this thing works! thankyou bellybean hahahaha
Hey Bellybean,
No Georgia for me. To many beautiful trees and hills. Can’t see very far because there is always a hill or tree in the way. Theres no telling what you all could be up to. You might try some clubs because they should have some layout pictures. Try here http://www.piedmont-div.org/clubs.html
By the way I’m in Texas and model an old steam era shortline that ran in north central Texas. My name is Bruce. Mostly they call me Bruce, but some of the Mexican folks call me Caballo Verde. Some folks call me all sorts of names we can’t mention on a moderated forum. Wecome aboard. Bruce
BellyBean,
The April 2001 issue of Model Railroader featured an article on Railroadin’ in Georgia, an 8’X8’ HO layout.
A nice article and a lot of pictures.

Mine is an On30 logging line in Georgia.
BB,
I don’t model Georgia, but I do model southern Mississippi. While not exactly the same topographically, I think most of my scenes could pass for any of the lower southern states. You can check out my layout photo albums on the website link below. It’s nice to know someone else models below the Mason-Dixon Line!
Good luck with your modeling efforts!
