Modeling the Southern Crescent around 1978/1979

Hello everybody

I have some plans to model the Southern Crescent train around 1978/1979, the very last years this train operated as a SR train. So I have a question about the consist and if there are any nice (prototypical) models available on the HO market. I´m thankful for every info.

As for the consist, when I look at pictures I assume the train during that time had:

A baggage dormitory, some coaches, a diner, some sleepers and an ex-Wabash dome-lounge at the end. Am I right with this? And when did the round end observations of that train came off?

Regards

Daniel
