Does a duck quack?, a bear … in the woods? Of course model railroading is on my list for Christmas even if I have to buy it myself (the order has already been sent). Last year my wife surprised me with a Lionel set. Since I’m in the scale side of S, this was quite a surprise. But hey it’s kinda fun. I’m thinking of exapnding it this year around the tree.
Enjoy

eBay us providing me with some good stuff to add to my collection of “stuff” to create a 24inch by 24 inch branch layout in Z scale.

I didn’t make a list this year because the room I want to use is still occupied. I would love to get an D & H railroad started but I’ll have to wait another year. Oh well

Oh Yes ! The train show was just in town and I picked up several of the Lionel battery operated engines for the grandkids wooden track set. For myself, its some new scenery items and material for the Christmas layout. Actually its Christmas all year long !
Happy Holidays to all !!
You bet trains items are on my Christmas list. A Broadway Ltd. Hudson 4-6-4, that I will rebuild into the Canadian Royal Hudson engine. I just can’t wait tell Christmas to open that box. The Best Of The Season To All My Rail Road friends.

Not anymore. I’ve reached the age where I do my own hobby buying. It gets too complicated to try to have anyone else get anything for me. Except for books; those are always acceptable.
If you celebrate Christmas what kind of model railroader would you possibly be if you didn’t have at least one wish item on the list. If you don’t celebrate Christmas, this would be a good time to start so you can establish a list. Real model railroaders don’t need a list but every bit helps. More then likely you’ll get the wrong thing but it’s the thought, remember :))
