I do my own repairs, and have bought some used modern Lionel that needs parts. I don’t have Parts Lists or Diagrams. What is the best way to obtain parts?
Just to be clear, I an talking about items built since 2000, and equipment that came in inexpensive sets.

You can try to go to Lionel’s website and use the Parts Lists/Diagrams link under Customer Service. They don’t always have everything listed, though. If that doesn’t work, call the service line and speak to a Technician. They SHOULD have more info on the item. The service I have received from the Techs has been great, Tony in particular. Depending on the item, however, parts may not be available. Best of luck!!
Thanks, I made the incorrect assumption that they did not offer a way to find parts. I am actually impressed that they had all the parts I looked up today, and the prices were reasonable.
