I iam in the market for a better sanding tower. I have the Stewart Products sanding tower and well I dont think its that great and I have Diesels that will work with but I have more modern locomotives such as dash 8’s and ACC’s I am curious what would be a good sand tower for these locomotives? I am looking at American Limited good or are there any others? Or maybe some how scratch build? Anyone go photos of a modern sand tower/house?
Bachmann used to make a modernish sand tower in their long out of production Plus line. I built a couple, but don’t have any pics handy. Once painted they looked good.

Thanks for all the links but personally I don’t like any of them. I was wondering sense I am freelancing the railroad I could probably design one for the yard. Anyone have suggestions how I should go about this?
