This has to be one of the larger abortive fiascos I’ve ever heard of. Must have money to burn.

I don’t know there was a thread about either Cincinati or Cleaveland who built three miles of subway tunnels with undergroung stations, 8 miles of above ground right-of-way and stations and never laid the first rail. They built a road over the tunnels and have had to maintained the tunnels for 85 years. [2c] As always ENJOY
