MRL’s great. Can’t wait for Tower 55 ACe’s painted for MRL. I might have to buy some just for kicks and giggles.

Yes, I like the MRL. They have a traditional style paint scheme,and they have all those SD45s,and an F45.It’s too bad the new SD70ACEs will replace these relics,but it means the railroad is doing well and expects traffic to increase[8D].
I like them too. Remind me a lot of WC. 3 of my favorite loco’s are on their roster. SD45’s F45’s and SD40’s! I dont think the ACe’s will replace much, they need all they can get now.

WOW! so many MRL fans! I thought I was the only one! I say that because out here in the midewest people look at my MRL equpment and react like this:

I live in Missoula Montana. I can tell you that the MRL keeps their motive power spotless. Lately the “Gas Local” (the Montana Sausage Link) runs with an SD70ACe and an SD45. The ML & LM have been seen running with 2 ACes on the point. Early December I saw 4306 & 306 (ACe & SD45) tied up back-to-back at “the house.” Deliberate?

But, yes, for the most part, their stuff is quiete clean, I was out by you this summer, before all the ACes, and I hope to return soon!!

MAX ONLY ROUGHLY ARROUND 10-20 (GENERAL GUESS) OF THE 645’S WILL BE SIDLINED BECAUSE OF THE ACe’s i HAVE THE TRAINS ARTICAL ABOUT THE 45’S MAX THAT CAN GIVE YOU THE REAL #'S

Even though the ACe’s are new power dosen’t make them bad… They are good locomotives that will proform for what ever the MRL needs them to
