I made a posting earlier with some photos from the York Railway Modellers in Toronto…

There was a request for more photos of Kitchener station and the Quarry area, so here they are plus a couple of others…

First is an old photo of Kitchener Station before the tower was torn down.

Great Photo’s. There are some excellent pictures in there. Looks like that would be a great layout to run. About how big is it?

It would look better if there were some diesel locomotives in those pics - preferably some end cab switchers. [:D] Otherwise, nice layout.

The layout room is 40’ by 40’. About 1600 square feet.

The era is late fifties so there is a good mix of steam and diesel.

The scrap metal yard looks great.

Hi,

really enjoy your layout every year I go there. You guys are a great bunch that are also very helpful. Looking forward to the November open house to see it again.
