The Kettle Valley Model Railway is located in a restored Candian Pacific stern wheeler located in Penticton B.C. It a double level folded dogbone measuring 16’ by 40’. We are very fortunate in that we pay no rent. The ship’s society pays all utilities & insurance. Because of this our dues ars a whopping $10.00 a year.The area modeled is from Hope B.C. to Greemwood B.C. The ship is a museum open to the public from May to Sept. We meet every Teusday from 7pm to 9pm. When we are not there thier is 2 trains that run on demand. On club nights we let kids operate the trains- sure adds a lot to the donation box. We took in over $1000.00 this summer. Parents sure appreciate us letting thier little ones being able to operate the trains.
