More pics, and I'm so close to running trains finally!

After a hugh set back when my first layout got crushed by a falling ceiling I salvaged what I could and put the parts to use on my current lay out, here are some picks of the almost completed layout, I still need to put some grass down in certain areas and join the layout moduals together.

Here is the Caboose house that was saved from the wreckage;

I converted this bank model into an Ambulance company.

Here is my Santa Fe line running through a portion of my army base.

A close up of Santa Fe locomotive.

This guy in the VW micro bus has been up too no good again.

I turned a damaged trolly into a resteraunt;

I always loved this old truck with the young lovers riding in the back.

My Caboose motor lodge, rent a caboose cabin cheap!!!

I couldn’t believe the detail in this tiny chopper motorcycle.

Nice to see you back. I was wondering what happened to you. Nice pics of your progress there. Keep it up.

I like your layout so far. How big is it?

Nice! Where did you get that yellow motorcycle at? I really like that. It’s hard to find 1/87 cycles.

Hummm, lets see if I can answer some questions here.

The yellow motorcycle came from the Hobby store in Intervale NH called Harts Rail Road museum.

The layout is about 7’X7’ and I need to get some hills in there somewhere, it looks so flat…LOL!, the layout is made up of 6 30"X30" sections that were made one at a time and put together after the completeion because I had to work on them in a small room and then move them into the room that the layout will sit on a table that I can walk all the way around.

I haven’t moved the sections yet because the room they are going in hasn’t been completed yet.

This is one addictive hobby I can tell you that, I already want to expand on it…LOL, I did make it with expansion in mind and can add another 2 , 4 or 6 sections too the end if needed and I will still be able to reach all tracks from any of the 4 sides.

Happy Rails.
