I see that RMT has an even better sale going on now with free shipping on purchases over $100.00.
I should of waited to get that Beep I got, that did not really work on all 027 track configurations. But it does now just a little work to make it work.
They have a few other items I want to check out.

Yep, RMT has been really aggressive in their manufacture direct sales the past 2 months. I ordered the Northern Pacific budd car last week at 50% off. They must have sold a ton of product over that period, they have taken a bunch of discretionary spending dollars away from Lionel, MTH, and Williams during that period.

I wonder if it is wise for them to do this in some ways? It may cause people to not consider a purchase of their product when it is at full price. People may just wait for another 50% off sale.
I am thinking about getting the CSX bang before the sale is over. I will have to see if they are sold out.

Hey Kev, when ya get that CSX Bang need to see some pictures of it in action.
I have the old K-Line version in Western Pacific colors, need to dig it out and hook it up with a bunch of the K-Line Western Pacific feather boxcars. It was a jack rabbit so ya needed about a dozen boxcars behind it to slow it down.
You can fix the jackrabbit starts of can motored locomotives by adding a few diodes back to back in the track pickups. Three each way in series with the center pickup will do wonders for a locomotive that jumps out when you crack the transformer throttle.
I wonder if I can have the free shipping applied to the ‘in stock’ order that I placed a full week ago and still haven’t received?? and I’m only about 100 miles from their NJ headquarters!
