Motor / frame assembly for making your own engine/trolley?

Does anyone know if there is a place that sells new O gauge motors and/or frame assemblies that would allow you to make your own engine/trolley?

Bowser makes a trolley assembly for Corgi trolleys. I t was just in CTT. Think they sell for $55. It was in the issue with the Northern Pacific on the cover.
