I’m about to embark on building the Walthers kit “Mountain Lumber Co. Sawmill”, and am considering painting and weathering and placement issues, even kitbashing it a bit to fit, and I was wondering, does anyone have this kit built and can they offer any neat examples?
I’m planning on having a “cold deck” log staging area, rather than a mill pond. I’m also looking at modeling a small sprinkler system that keeps the logs moist, which I understand is accurate in the prototype for non-pong sawmills.
