Can anyone tell me the size of the footprint for Walthers Cornerstone Mountain Lumber N scale structure?
Sorry I don’t have the Walthers N scale book. I checked the web site and they don’t give that info. But I do have the HO scale book, so if N is close to half the size of HO, divide by two.
In HO scale, the main saw mill structure, the saw mill is 16" wide by 28 & 5/8" long with the log conveyor.
The sawdust burner is 3 & 7/8" wide but no dimention is given for the distance. But I figure it to be four inches. That would put it at 23 & 7/8" wide.
The power house is 4 & 1/8 X 4 & 3/8. But it can be placed anywhere inside the foot print.
So half size is 12 & 3/8" X 14 & 5/16". I would say 12 & 1/2 X 14 & 9/16" is a safe bet.
