MP15T plans or blueprint drawings

Does anyone know if there ever were plans, blueprints, or scale drawings published for the EMD MP15T locomotive? (and if so, where? [:)])

MR did a review of the Athearn MP15AC in the March 2008 issue. In the review they state that the “model matches the prototype dimensions shown in MP15AC drawings published in the Simmons-Boardman 1980 Car and Locomotive Cyclopedia.”

I don’t know how extensive or detailed those drawings were. I also don’t know what the major differences would be between the MP15AC and its turbocharged cousin.
