I’m way up here in Sherman. Us Texans need to get together and have a “barn raising” to buld ya a new train room.

The house I’m living in now has a great place for a layout[:)][8D][yeah]. The layout will be something like 10x20’, not exact measurements. It’s a small garage at the back of the house. I really want about have the garage. I can’t take the whole garage, it leads to the utility room[:(]. Well, we will see, I could get most of it, lol. I’ll post more on this later.

If you could get most of it, that would be good for a big layout, plus a little space for a workbench.
