I agree with Ivans statements. MR should do a better job, please dont be generic.
The MR praise of the Walthers PRR N6b caboose is unwarranted. The model may be dimensionally correct, but distinctive details are thoroughly incorrect. The steps on the prototype are open and lacy, supported by steel straps. On the model, the steps are solid and haevy, supported by plastic walls. THe side windows on the prototype are not surrounded by the heavy frames as depicted on the model. While Walthers probably made these modifications intentionally for production reasons, the result is a model that fails to accurately despict the prototype.
