Where is the new MR Video Plus I subscribed to? I don’t see any drop down menus to access this new offering by MRR Magazine.

Running kind of quirky for me. Some videos load right up, others don’t. Keep getting a long script error and need to exit and re-enter the site. I like the videos I’ve managed to watch though.

The good news is that the level of interest in Model Railroader Video Plus has been very high, but the bad news is that some customers have experienced delays (like you did) because the bandwidth usage has been so high. The online team has a plan to resolve the issue and we should be back to normal response times soon. We’re sorry for the inconvenience.

I figured that was the case Terry. I just spent some more time on there and it was much more friendly [Y]

So far they’ve all played for me, some though I needed to pause to let get ahead enough to stream despite a 30Mb down speed on my connection. And some seem to have much louder volume levels, particular the new episodes of History According to Hediger, which are louder than the others.

I hope your team is still working on it, because I can’t seem to find a video that will play all the way to the end now. Anywhere from 2-5 minutes in, they just stop. Still a bandwidth issue?

No, we’ve resolved the issue we had yesterday, plus the videos themselves are served from a different location. For anyone experiencing a technical difficulty, I’d suggest calling our Customer Service department at 1-800-533-6644.
