I would like to replace the front and rear couplers on a newer N Scale 2-6-0 Mogul. The couplers that came with the new loco have a long shank that do not look realistic and they are over sized (larger than other N scale couplers). In addition, the pilot coupler does not couple very well. Can anyone suggest which couplers to use for the conversion? Thanks

You could try a Z Scale 905 for the pilot.
