Ok im wondering is it possible too add another cab too Prodigy Express. If so do you haft too by another Power Pack to it or what. Because Adventualy I want too ad another cab so more then 1 person can help with the operation of the layout.

AS with most beginner sets one thing to keep in mind when expanding is the amps out. The PE should be able to run two of the newer locos, but not much more with adding a booster. If you decide to add a second cab I would recommend the PA cab as it has
CV readback capability.
I already Own a PE And adventualy i want too expand too anther cab, power realy isnt a problem i was able to run 4 loco’s without most of the leads installed and it was fine, Im Wondering Will the PA HandHeld work for a PE system. I saw that MRC sales a Power Extension plate for adding another cab for a PA or Pe, will a PA handheld work for a PE system then?
From what I understand you can add a Prodigy Advance cab to the Express system… I believe that is what MRC “wants” Express owners to do. It’s the way to expand and upgrade the Express system up to the Advance capability.
Also, you should easily be able to run 4+ locomotives on the Prodigy Express, not just 2.
Yup, the PA cab will work with the PE. I belive the manual (link above) shows that. The one difficulty is that the PE and PA handheld have slightly different button layouts.
Kool so ill probly get a PA Handheld for myself and the PE will be for my Friend’s and family
